WE always calculate your bill using the rate that is least expensive for you.

Statements will be prepared and posted each Monday for the previous week.
Payments can be arranged weekly or biweekly.

We do accept payment through CONNECT.  But if there is a problem and CONNECT
refuses to pay, you will be responsible for the time your child has been here at our
stated rates.  If you have a co-payment with your CONNECT coverage you must pay in
full every two weeks, or be turned over for case closure.

LATE CHARGE:  Beginning at 5:41 PM, you will be charged $5.00, plus $1.00 more for
each additional minute thereafter.  Please be here by 5:30 PM or have someone pick up
your child.  Please call in case of an emergency.

COLLECTION PROCEDURES

If payment is not made and attempts to collect unpaid balances are ignored, we will
place your child on probation for 1 week.  If your child’s account is not paid within that
week, then your child will be dismissed.  After your child is dismissed from our care if
you do not make payment arrangements or fail to abide by those arrangements we
reserve the right to turn any unpaid amount over to a collection agency.

Money Matters
ALL parents are required to have a
conference with the director before a
child will be accepted for enrollment
into our program.  For your first visit to
our daycare we ask that you make an
appointment.  At this time the director
will take you around the facility and
introduce you to the staff and answer
any questions you might have.  Once
your child is enrolled you are welcome
to stop by anytime.

All complaints must be brought to the
attention of the Assistant Director within 3
days of occurrence.  If the problem is not
resolved, then it must be brought to the
attention of the director within a week.  The
director will then give a final decision within
that same week.
Interview
An application, emergency care card,  and a
food program form must be completed and
turned in  before or on a child’s first day of
class.  A medical form with proof of all
necessary shots for your child’s age must be
turned in within 30 days of starting class.
